Word Factory Privacy Policy

visipull is the developer of Word Factory and is responsible for the data-handling practices described in this policy. Send privacy questions and requests to access, correct, or delete data to contact@visiopull.com.

Word Factory does not create user accounts or request your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, payment information, or health data.

• Game data stored locally on the device: language, music/sound and display preferences, tutorial state, English and Turkish level progress, joker inventory, an in-game counter that determines rewarded-ad eligibility, and save revision/time. This data is not sent to visipull servers.
• Data the Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs may process when serving ads: IP address and approximate location derived from it, product interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic and performance information, the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other identifiers related to signed-in device accounts where applicable.
• Advertising and privacy choices: consent status required for a user’s region and choices made in the UMP interface. The selected ad-serving mode may restrict transmission of some identifiers.
• Website data: visipull.com uses no contact form or first-party analytics cookie. Hosting infrastructure may temporarily process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser/user-agent for security and page delivery.
• If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any optional attachments only to respond to your request.

We process data only for the purposes below and as permitted by applicable law, relying where required on your consent, delivery of a service you request, or legitimate interests in service security and fraud prevention.

• Keep gameplay, preferences, and level progress working on the device.
• Serve an ad when the user chooses a rewarded continue, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Present region-appropriate privacy notices and apply advertising choices.
• Deliver the website securely, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer email requests.

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. When advertising is used, the advertising and device data listed above may be shared with Google LLC, its affiliates, and authorized advertising technology providers identified in the UMP consent interface for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

Web hosting and email providers may process limited data only as necessary to deliver the site, secure it, and handle communications. We may also disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and user safety.

We minimize data and process only what is needed for the stated purposes. Game saves remain in Android’s app sandbox; the app does not use external storage, Android backup is disabled, and data is not retained on uninstall.

Transfers between the app and Google services and connections to visipull.com use modern HTTPS/TLS encryption. Provider and administrative access is limited by need, and dependencies and security controls are kept current. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Local game data remains on the device until the user clears Word Factory’s storage in Android settings or uninstalls the app. Google Play Games cloud save is disabled in the current production configuration, so gameplay progress is not sent to Google Play Games or a server operated by visipull.

Advertising, identifier, and consent data processed by Google is subject to Google’s retention and deletion rules. Users can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android privacy settings; this policy is always available from Word Factory Settings, and choices can be reopened from the advertising-options button there whenever UMP requires it.

We retain support emails only as long as needed to resolve the request, protect the service, and meet mandatory legal recordkeeping duties, then delete or anonymize them. Web server logs are also deleted or anonymized when their operational and security purpose ends. Word Factory creates no user account, so there is no app account to delete.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of data. Send requests concerning data controlled by visipull to contact@visiopull.com; we may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before responding.

This policy is always available through Settings > Privacy Policy in Word Factory. When required by UMP, advertising choices can be changed through the advertising-options button on the same screen. The Android advertising ID and personalized-ad settings can be managed through the Google/Android privacy controls on your device.

Word Factory is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. It has no account, chat, or user-content feature and does not ask children for names, contact details, or other directly identifying information. Ad requests are capped at Google Mobile Ads content rating T (Teen). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent us personal data by email, contact us to request deletion.

Before enabling a new data type, service provider, or cloud feature, we will update this policy and any required in-app disclosures. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
